To eliminate data loss during network disruptions, our intake interface stores your project brief locally within your browser's encrypted session storage (`localStorage`), ensuring your brief is retained if connectivity is interrupted. Active client records are maintained on secure servers for up to twenty-four (24) months for project coordination, after which they are permanently expunged.

05 — Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with vetted, enterprise-grade cloud providers for infrastructure delivery:

• Hosting & DNS Infrastructure: Hostinger International Ltd. & Cloudflare (TLS 1.3 encryption and DDoS mitigation).
• Form Processing & Mail Dispatch: Formspree / Web3Forms / Direct SMTP relays (operating under standard contractual clauses).
• Typography & Fonts: Google Fonts API (cached locally in browser).

06 — Your Statutory Rights
